I was wearing white for goodness sake!

But he took his time, working me over with expert skill. The man knew what he was doing, and he was damned good at it.

I was a very lucky lady.

I decided Connor’s secret superhero name should be Motor Tongue. Because the man was pretty much a machine. I screamed as I came, my body nearly sliding off the slippery leather seats.

Conn didn’t stop though. He slid a second finger inside me and sucked my clit into his mouth. He flicked his tongue on me again.

Hard.

The world exploded. I saw stars as I came again, even harder. One orgasm on top of the other. It was too much. I faded out of consciousness.

When I came to, Conn was leaning over me, his eyes full of worry. He rubbed my hands, blowing on them.

“You okay, sweetheart? Jesus, you scared me.”

“What happened?”

“I think you fainted.”

I sat up slowly, looking around. The limo was stopped. I realized I still wasn’t wearing panties.

“Where are my panties Conn?”

He grinned and patted his jacket.

“Finders keepers.”

“Did we…?”

He shook his head.

“Uh, no things went off plan when you passed out. I think we need to get a doctor.”

“I’m fine. I just-“

I covered my mouth as nausea overtook me.

“What is it?”

I lunged for the door and opened it. Just in time to vomit all over the parking lot.

“Oh my GOD!”

“Jesus, Cass! Are you alright?”

I sat back into the limo, praying that no one had seen me. I nodded, feeling immediately better. It felt like I’d never been nauseous to begin with.

I took the bottle of water he handed me and washed my mouth out twice before taking a long sip.

“Let’s get you some food. No drinking tonight!”

“Yes, husband.”

He grinned at me suddenly, but his eyes still looked worried.

“Say that again.”

“Yes, husband. I love you, husband.”

He beamed at me and scooped me up.

“I love you, wife.”

He carried me inside the restaurant. People cheered as we came in but Mason was by my side in an instant.

“What’s wrong with her?”

“She threw up. And fainted.”

“She needs a doctor right now.”

Sheila came over, looking concerned.

“What happened?” Conn told her and she looked at me, then back at Conn. “Sure she isn’t pregnant?”

My jaw dropped. Conn’s face turned white. And Mason started to literally give off steam.

“WHAT?” Conn set me in a chair and Mason grabbed him, twisting his shirt in his fist. “You couldn’t use protection, you animal?”

Conn held up his hands. “I knew I was marrying her, Mason. There’s no need to-” Mason yanked Conn closer and raised his fist.

“Mason!”

He stared at Connor, not throwing the punch but not lowering his fist either.

“You are very fucking lucky this is your wedding day.”

Then he dropped his fist and walked away. Conn smiled at me, looking totally fine. Like he hadn’t almost gotten beat to a pulp.

Like I wasn’t possibly pregnant!

“How are you sweetie?”

“How am I?”

I must have looked incredulous because he laughed.

“Come on, I want to give you your wedding gift. It’s from the two of us.”

“Who?”

“Me and Mason of course. Can’t you tell we are best friends now?”

My mouth opened in surprise. I felt like a jerk. I hadn’t gotten him anything in return.

“I didn’t get you a gift!”

He lifted me up again and kissed me.

“Sweetheart, you are the gift. And whether or not you are pregnant, I’m the luckiest son of a bitch in the world.”

I snuggled against his chest as he carried me outside. Then I saw it. A shiny black SUV with a giant pink bow on it.

Mason was leaning on it, a wry grin on his face.

“Oh my God. You got me a car?”

“I bought it. Mason souped it up.”

He set me down long enough for me to put my arms around Mason. He squeezed me back. Mase really loved me like a sister I realized, with tears in my eyes.

It was hard for Mase to show affection, but he showed it to me. I saw in his eyes. And that meant the world to me.

“Thank you so much.” I lifted my eyes to Conn. “Thank you both.”

Mason shrugged.

“It’s not souped to go fast. It’s got a nice sound system and extra safety features. Emergency break assist, lane departure warning and a roll bar.” He smirked. “And an embedded tracking device.”

I stared at the two of them. Tracking? Mase jerked his thumb at my husband.

“All him kid. Not a bad idea though.”

“Connor!”

“I want to know where you are.” He gave me a dark look. “All the time.”

“You are twisted.”

He shrugged sheepishly and scooped me up again.

“I worry about you sweetie, that’s all.”

I sighed and shook my head. He was so protective of me. I guess I was going to have to get used to it.

“Come on, there are a lot of people inside who want to see you.” He scowled a little. “And I need to have a serious talk with Kelly.”
