This man is good for my confidence. Living with a bunch of supermodels can wear it down. But a few days with Logan has me thinking I’m sexy.

“I’m a virgin,” I remind him.

His nose flares. “Are you saving yourself for your husband?”

“I don’t know.” That is the truth. “I want what my parents have one day. I know I don’t need to be a virgin for that but…” I trail off, not sure what I want.

“We don’t have to have sex, Angel. A repeat of last night sounds damn good to me.” He licks his lips. Thing is I think I do want to have sex with him.

“We can go to your place,” I give. A slow sexy smile slides across his face.

“You’re leaving?” I hear my brother say. He’s now standing in the back door.

“You mind your own business,” I snip at him as I push by him to get back into the house.

“You’re my sister. That makes it my business.” Here we go again. I roll my eyes. Beau’s problem feels bigger than him just not liking that his little sister now has a man in her life.

“She is going to be my wife.” Everything inside of me goes tight at the possessiveness in Logan’s tone. “Why don’t you find your own wife to worry about?”

My brother actually flinches. “Listen here—"

“Don’t start Beau,” Mom says, cutting in before I can. I can’t help myself. I stick my tongue out at my brother. Logan wraps an arm around me as we drink our hot chocolates. My mom seems cool with me leaving tonight.

It probably has something to do with Logan now being on her team when it comes to getting me to move back here. Logan wants me to do much more than move back, though. I’m not sure he even realizes the depth of the things he’s asking me to do.

We might as well be married. My insides flutter with that thought. I push those feelings down, reminding myself this is not a Hallmark movie.

Logan

She wants what her parents have. Her admission plays through my mind as we make the drive back to my place. When I asked her if she was saving herself for marriage, I’d shocked myself with the thought of marrying her. Why not? It makes perfect sense to me.

She would be able to move back here. There would be no need for her to worry about a job. Sure, if she wanted one she could get one, but there would be no rush. I wouldn't have to worry about faking being engaged anymore. And I really fucking love the idea of coming home to her every night. It actually would be perfect. My mind had quickly begun to plan it out until she rocked me with her admission of wanting what her parents have. I’m still trying to wrap my mind around what her parents have.

“I need to tell you something.” I have Angel tucked into my side with my arm around her. No one is around. There is no need to be holding her close, but when she slid into the car, I found myself pulling her to me. “I don’t want you to be mad at me.”

My mind quickly runs through the things she could do that would make me mad. The asshole from the coffee shop comes to mind. When I’d texted to check in on her with Carey, the last thing I expected my driver to say was that some asshole was checking out my girl. Yeah, my girl. That is what she is, and I’m finding I want to keep it that way.

“You know if we’re engaged, to the world we’re exclusive.” I told her more about Kelly last night. That we hadn't been exclusive. At least on her end. I hadn't cared. She was like a sister to me and had been doing me a huge favor by agreeing to the fake engagement to begin with. I wasn’t going to stop her from living her life.

“I would hope so with the way you’ve been…” She ducks her head to try and hide her blush that goes straight to my dick. Yeah, why couldn't I marry her? Because she wants a marriage like her parents. One that seems to include love, which I know nothing about.

“Eating your pussy like a starved man?” I finish for her.

“Logan!” She smacks my chest before burying her face there. I lean down and brush my nose against the top of her head. She smells like chocolate tonight. Here I am trying to steal a smell of her. I really am getting lost in her, and I’m not so sure I want to be found. She feels good pressed up against me. “Don’t you want to know what I did?” she mumbles into my chest. Right. If it has nothing to do with another man, I doubt it will piss me off. At least when it comes to her. The woman truly is an angel.
