“Good girl. Now, come here,” he told her.

She stood up on wobbly legs and walked over to where he sat on the chair. He took her right hand and brought it up to his mouth, sucking each cum-soaked finger inside and licking it clean before pulling her down to straddle him on the chair.

Maeve opened her legs and moved onto his lap, impaling herself on his pulsating shaft and letting out a deep moan as he pulled her down onto it and rolled his hips.

“Mmm,” she uttered.

“Use me, Maeve. Ride my cock like you want,” he said, letting her take control. She slipped upward and slowly back down, easing him in and out of her so slowly that it was almost more than she could stand. She took her time, teasing both of them with her deliberately slow dance up and down the length of him, letting him slip almost free before easing back down in a slow descent.

He groaned beneath her but kept his hands to himself, letting her use him to satisfy herself. When she couldn’t hold back anymore, she began slipping up and down him faster and harder. Riding him like a wild stallion until they both were sweaty and ready to explode.

She dropped down one last time as the waves of an intense orgasm shattered throughout her center. Her hips ground forward slightly, causing him to growl at her. She did it again and again until he finally reached up and grabbed her by the waist, pushing her down onto him so hard that it felt like he’d hit the full depth of her pussy.

His hands gripped her waist tightly as he filled her with the results of their labors and she collapsed against him, their heavy breathing mingling together as they recovered from the intensity of their union.

Afterward, they moved to the bed, lounging across it in post carnal bliss for a while before either spoke.

“I have to go,” he told her as she lay against his chest, his hand stroking the soft skin down one arm.

“So soon?” she muttered. “Why don’t you stay the night?”

“No. I mean, I have to leave Ireland.”

“What? Why?” she said, bolting upward to look him in the face.

“Whoever planted a bomb in my car won’t stop at that, and I don’t have a clan to back me up here. I can’t afford to be blindsided. I need to flush them out from a safe distance so I can put an end to this.”

“You have more than a dozen clans to back you,” she protested.

“No. I promised them peace, and I intend to make sure it sticks. This is personal, and I intend to keep it that way. I’ll deal with it myself.”

“By running away?”

“Don’t misunderstand what I’m doing here, Maeve. It’s a long game. I need to be smart about how I proceed. Once I know who I’m dealing with, I can tackle it head on.”

Maeve bit her lip. She felt on the verge of tears again. She wanted to tell him the truth. She should tell him the truth, but did it matter? There was no way that Martin had anything to do with this. He was gone, along with the rest she’d left behind when she’d fled the dungeon.

“Go with me,” he said finally.

“What?”

“Go with me,” he repeated.

“I can’t just leave. My clan needs me. I’m their Omega.”

“Is that what you want to be, Maeve? You want to stay here and be tied down to clan life?”

“No, but I owe it to them.”

“You don’t owe anyone anything. Let one of the others take charge and come with me.”

“I don’t know.”

“Just think about it. You don’t have to leave right now. You can come anytime you want.”

Instead of responding, she lay her head back down on his chest so he couldn’t see her face. She felt torn. She wanted nothing more than to just pack up her things and run away with him, but it seemed crazy. It felt irresponsible. They lay there in silence for a while. She was unsure of what to say next, and he seemed to understand she just needed to sort it out in her head.

“When do you leave?” she asked finally.

“I need to head to the airport in a few hours to catch the early flight out. The sooner I’m on my way, the better.”

“Let me pack,” she told him, jumping up and throwing on a robe before he could even process what she’d said.

“Really?” he said.

“Sure. Why not. I can always come back if I don’t like it, right?”

“Of course.”

“Then I need to sew up some loose ends. You want to just hang out while I get everything together?”

“It’s not like I really have any place else to be. Some asshole blew up my hotel.”

She laughed and then quickly cut it off, knowing it wasn’t really a laughing matter. Instead, she pulled on some jeans under her robe and then tossed it aside to pull a t-shirt over her head.
