Daddy snaps his fingers. “Oh, wait. I forgot to mention something.”

I’m trembling. Luckily as he speaks, he puts a clean diaper on me. I need something to cover me. I feel so exposed.

“Petra was the victim of an attempted mugging a few weeks ago. She hasn’t been sleeping well. I’m hoping some TLC and a safe environment will help her, but she might benefit from some counselling.”

Dr. Morgan nods. “I’ll have the front desk get you the name of a local therapist. She does excellent work helping people overcome trauma. Maybe give Petra a few days to settle in and then schedule something if she’s not sleeping or if she’s having nightmares.”

“Perfect. Thank you.”

Daddy sits me up and pulls my shirt on. That’s when I finally take a breath.

When Dr. Morgan and the nurse leave the room, Daddy stands at the end of the exam table and wraps his arms around me. He holds me tight, kissing the top of my head. “I’m so proud of you.”

I tremble against him. I’m still reeling from the orgasm, plus I need another one. “Can we go home now?” I ask in a soft voice.

Chapter Ten

Daddy’s house is nestled in a cute neighborhood. All the homes I saw as we drove past them were quaint. Each was different from the next. Daddy’s is red brick with a front porch that even has a porch swing.

He carries me from the golf cart to the house and sets me down as soon as he opens the door. “How about a tour?”

I’m anxious and excited. I like that we’re finally alone again. I feel less stressed when it’s just me and him. I don’t have to worry about other people looking at me.

Even though this island is specifically designed for very young age play, ensuring all Littles are on equal footing, it’s still unnerving. It will take me some time to get used to wandering around in public spaces in a diaper and T-shirt.

We’re standing in the living room, which is attached to the kitchen. It’s an ordinary enough space with beige and wooden furniture. But two exceptions stand out. The brightly colored high chair in the corner of the kitchen and the giant brightly colored playpen in the living room.

I waddle closer to look over the side. “Why do I need an enclosed space, Daddy?”

He sets his hands on my shoulders. “For your safety, Little bunny. When you’re in the playpen, you need to stay on your bottom at all times. No climbing out. Same with your crib.”

I twist my neck to look at him. “Crib?”

“Yep. Come. Let me show you the nursery.”

Oh God. Crib. I didn’t think about that possibility. Sure enough, Daddy leads me into a fully furnished adult nursery. It’s like a wonderland for Littles. Exciting and scary at the same time.

In addition to the ominous changing table, there is indeed an oversized crib with high sides against one wall. “I’m going to sleep in there?” I ask. It’s a silly question.

“Yep. All nice and snug. We’ll put Cottontail in there, and maybe you can choose some other stuffies you want to add to your collection.”

I smile when I see that a lot of the accent pieces are red. “When did you do all of this?”

“I’ve been putting the room together for months while I waited to meet the perfect Little girl. But once I met her, I added several red things.” He smiles.

I’m not sure how I feel about him being so sure I’m his Little girl. Part of me wants to throw myself at him and cry with relief. Part of me is frightened to death that this isn’t going to work out. How could it?

I scan the rest of the room. When my gaze lands on the cutest red thing I’ve ever seen in my life, I rush over to look more closely. “What is that, Daddy? It looks like a lollipop.” It’s got a stick like a lollipop anyway. The stick is stuck down in a small flowerpot to hold it up. It’s on top of the tall dresser. I can’t quite reach that high. It has huge red ears and a cute little white bunny body.

“It is a lollipop, Little bunny.” He swoops down and lifts me off the floor to settle me on his hip so I can see better. “I saw it at the boutique where I got some of these red pillows and knew you would like it.”

“It looks too pretty to eat. Can we just keep it in the pot?”

“We sure can. I bet it’s yummy though. We’ll see if they have another one someday so you can eat one and keep one. How does that sound?”

I turn my face to his. “I’m surprised you even have lollipops on this island.”

“Well, they don’t have sugar in them. Every treat you see on the island is a healthy one. Those are made with fruit juices and natural ingredients. It will still be sweet, but not nearly as bad for you.”
